If you’d like to start CrossFit, please call Robbie (760) 889-2696 to schedule a time to meet (usually 1 hr before or after existing classes) to go over form and technique.




Great first day Robbie – you did FANTASTIC combining intro skill sets, great instruction, a heart beating workout, and of course your awesome personality!

Robbie you inspired me to come Wednesday at 5:45 and to give this all that I have. Hopefully one day I will be able to run around the building without coughing up a lung and I was thinking on the day you do the 3 mile run I would volunteer to drive the sag wagon!

Because of you Robbie I think I might be getting hooked on this crazy thing called CROSSFIT!!! Loving it is all I can say! Thanks for helping me modify because of my back surgery. So far so good.

I am VERY happy to say that my back is feeling much better after today’s workout.. All of a sudden I realized most of my pain was gone! Keleigh, your active stretches I believe did the trick!

What is the status on the possibility of a Monday evening class ?
I hope we keep the Monday AM class or get a noon class. 5:45-6:45 is a tough time and I hope we can keep the times varied. THANKS!
