Wish you much success with CC. Because of your help and introducing me to Crossfit, I have become stonger, a bit leaner (20 lbs)and feel less stressed at work. Actually I like pushing back from the work computer and taking time for myself. That being said, if I knew what the WOD was ahead of time, I probably would run in the other direction but as I push myself, I feel so much more confident and see the results. Thank you for turning me onto the challenge of Crossfit.
I never check the web sight, knowing I would make up and excuse not to go and put my 100% into it. Well Rob pushes us and we thrive on it. She challenges us to push farther than our confort zone.
We have a blast working out and cheering others on. It is ourstanding for all ages and strengths. I have been working out just short of 3 years and I am sixty, but still pushing to be stronger than one my age might be. No way am I ever going to be in a wheelchair,,NO WAY!!!
